Welcome to Canton Medical Education Foundation/Aultman Hospital/NEOMED Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program
The three year Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program is designed to prepare fellows to practice as competent board certified consultants in cardiovascular disease or pursue specialized disciplines of cardiovascular disease training such as interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, imaging and nuclear cardiology, etc.
The primary clinical site for the program is the Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio. The variety and volume of clinical pathology at Aultman Hospital, a referral center for advanced cardiac care and STEMI in the region, provides a robust environment for outstanding training under the direction of committed faculty. At Aultman Hospital, fellows will work with the primary cardiology group, Cardiovascular Consultants, which is a full service cardiology group covering clinical cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, peripheral vascular disease, imaging, etc. Aultman Hospital serves as a site for several clinical trials and there are other opportunities for clinical research as well.
